My boyfriend Jim and I have just returned from the most amazing holiday to Huvafen Fushi a Per AQUUM hotel. I was surprised by how much there was to do and can safely say it is now the best place we have ever been!

The region of Tuscany in Italy is widely seen as the birthplace of the Renaissance movement and offers a host of treasures in terms of art and architecture in the stunning cities of Florence, Pisa and Siena which all boast UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The region is also renowned for its picturesque landscape of rolling hills and vineyards especially in areas such as Arezzo and Montepulciano.

What I knew about The Seychelles before my visit was it refers to itself as `a thousand miles from anywhere'. What I didn't anticipate was an experience a thousand miles beyond anything I'd previously enjoyed.

As I flew from Mahé towards Denis Private Island my anticipation grew and as I stepped out of the plane I caught sight of the white sandy beach and clear turquoise sea!
